Additionally, upon doing further research, I realized that I don't have Realtek HD Audio Manager on my laptop. I tried updating Windows, I used Driver Booster to updated any other drivers. I've tried everything from rolling back, uninstalling, and reinstalling my Realtek audio driver. I want to be able to unmute my mic from the playback settings so that I can hear myself through my headset, but those settings are not available to me because the headset is still recognized as Realtek ® Audio. The output is still recognized as Realtek ® Audio. When I plug in my headset (Razer Kraken X) into my laptop (MSI GS65 Stealth 95E), it works fine, but Windows does not recognize the headset as a separate entity. I've been having trouble lately with my audio drivers.
